Architects of a Luxury Renaissance
Since 1974, merging Swiss watchmaking excellence with the artistic soul of Venice. Today, we are redefining the future of artisanal luxury.
Beyond Watchmaking, a Global Ecosystem
Venetian Renaissance
Building on 50 years of heritage and a portfolio of revolutionary patents, we have transcended our role as a watchmaking innovator to become the architects of a global project: Muranolandia. Our strategic vision is to consolidate, modernize, and unlock the untapped commercial potential of Murano craftsmanship. We are creating a unique integrated luxury ecosystem, protecting a thousand-year-old know-how while projecting it as a world leader in authentic and experiential luxury.
Half a Century of Heritage and Pioneering Innovation
Two cultures, one unwavering passion for excellence and technological disruption.
From Tradition to Revolution
Founded in 1974 in Delémont, in the heart of the Swiss Jura, Groupe Achor was born from a bold vision: to merge the precision of Swiss watchmaking with the unparalleled artistic soul of Murano glass. This heritage, initiated by our founder Luciana Taillefumier, forms the foundation of our unique identity.
Today, we celebrate a strategic renaissance. Under new visionary leadership, we are capitalizing on this heritage to build a modern luxury empire, marked by continuous innovation and ambitious global expansion.

Mastery of Murano Glass: 37 Years of Patented Innovation
1988
Global Revolution: Filing of the first exclusive world patent for a handcrafted artistic Murano glass watch dial. An unprecedented fusion of Venetian art and watchmaking technology.
1989
Consecration: Awarded the prestigious Venetian Silver Mask prize, recognizing innovation and exceptional contribution to luxury craftsmanship.
2016
The Birth of YUNIK: Filing of a new exclusive world patent for a one-piece (case and dial in one piece) artistic Murano glass watch. A technical feat redefining the limits of watch design.
2023
The Sparkle of Venice: Major innovation with a new patent for a one-piece Venetian Aventurine glass watch (nicknamed "Venice Stardust"). Capturing the essence of Venetian luxury in an exceptional piece.
These milestones illustrate our proven ability to innovate and decline Murano glass into unique luxury products. With nearly four decades of experience, we are uniquely positioned to develop revolutionary new products and lead the renaissance of Murano craftsmanship globally.
Two Strategic Pillars of the Future
Our growth strategy is based on two distinct and synergistic pillars, born from our dual Swiss and Venetian expertise.

The Genesis of the Vision
YUNIK is the living proof of our concept: the successful fusion of Murano glass art and Swiss watchmaking precision. Each watch is a unique piece of art, a testament to our patented know-how and our ability to create value from exceptional craftsmanship.

The Ecosystem of the Future
Our most ambitious project. A revolutionary ecosystem designed to transform Murano's fragmentation into a consolidated power. A renaissance project aimed at ensuring the sustainability and global reach of Venice's talent, art, and culture.

A Millennial Passion, A Future of Innovation
Where Past Meets Future
Heir to the ancient "Scuola di Disegno per Vetrai" (School of Design for Glassmakers) founded in 1862 by Abbot Vincenzo Zanetti, the Abate Zanetti school is the meeting point between the past and future of glass art. For over a century, it has been the epicenter for safeguarding a thousand-year-old tradition while fostering research, experimentation, and innovation.
Today, the school remains a vibrant hub, connecting the contemporary glass scene with the worlds of design, culture, and art. It provides world-class training, combining unique know-how with modern technology and communication to shape the next generation of master glassmakers.
A Strategic Partnership for the Future
To ensure the preservation and development of this unique heritage, Groupe Achor has initiated a strategic operation for 2025-2030 in partnership with the school's leadership:
- Enrico Pizzoli, Director, Istituto Tecnico Abate Zanetti
- Lorenza Malvezzi, President, Istituto Tecnico Abate Zanetti
- Alessandro Pizzuti, CEO, Groupe Achor
The Alchemy of Glass and Time
An Exceptional Event in Support of the Next Generation of Artistic Artisans

Delémont, Switzerland & Murano, Italy – Groupe Achor, a pioneer in Swiss fine watchmaking, and the prestigious Abate Zanetti school of Murano are proud to announce the launch of a unique show-event. Starting in October for an initial period of three months, the two institutions will unite their unique expertise in a project that combines ancestral art, cutting-edge innovation, and philanthropy. The event's mission is to fund the Abate Zanetti institute's 2025-2030 educational projects through the creation and auction of one-of-a-kind timepieces.
A Creative Journey, from the Venetian Lagoon to the Swiss Jura
The Breath of Murano: In the Abate Zanetti workshops, students, guided by legendary Murano master glassmakers, will create magnificent Murrine. These glass creations, true concentrations of art and color, will be crafted according to the exclusive patent of YUNIK watches, an emblematic brand of Groupe Achor.
Helvetic Precision: The Murrine will then travel to Switzerland. There, a revolutionary machine—a concentrate of technology and patents developed by Groupe Achor—will machine each piece with micrometric precision. Under the supervision of a Swiss technician and following the Group's technical plans, this engineering marvel, scarcely larger than a telephone booth, will prepare the art glass to receive a mechanical heart.
The Watchmaking Heart: Finally, Groupe Achor's master watchmakers will assemble these exceptional dials. They will transform each machined Murrina into a unique watch, sealing the perfect union between the Venetian soul and Swiss watchmaking mechanics.
An Auction for the Future of Craftsmanship
The watches born from this extraordinary collaboration will be offered at an auction. All proceeds will be donated to the Abate Zanetti institute, providing it with the means to invest in its ambitious educational projects for the 2025-2030 period. This initiative is a continuation of a solid strategic partnership, as Groupe Achor has already been actively participating in the school's funding and development since July 2025.
